The Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art

Stroll through this grandiose museum, whose contemporary architecture contrasts with the traditional designs of the nearby tanners’ houses, and discover works by G. Doré and J. H. Arp – Strasbourg natives – and by Monet, Picasso, Sarkis and others; abstract pioneers such as Kandinsky and Kupka; masters of surrealism such as Ernst, Masson and Brauner, as well as by major figures of contemporary art.
